Cliffs

In this painting, I describe a reality similar to the one we experienced on our way out of Egypt, where the sea opened up for us and we walked in the sea on dry land.
In regular life, where no visible miracles are witnessed, still sometimes we need to “cross the sea” – face the obstacles of life and overcome them. The thing is that not always the sea is simply cracked open for us and what is required of us in order to cross any obstacle is simply to ascend and to elevate ourselves above the obstacle, and in the power of faith to rise above it.
In this painting, I painted the path as a cliff that symbolizes power. Yes, we too can be strong…
